The Adaline Apartments

The Adaline Apartments is the residential component of Onu Ventures' flagship mixed-use development in Southern Dallas.

The project will deliver 198 apartments and 40 townhomes, providing 238 total leasable units for the workforce housing market.

20% of available units will be designated for households earning 80% of area median income, with the remainder at market rates.

The development received a 10-year tax abatement and up to $3.5 million economic development grant from the City of Dallas.
