Trailblazer Village, Phase 1

Trailblazer Village is Onu Ventures' most ambitious project to date — a master-planned community designed to deliver affordable workforce housing at scale in Dallas.

Phase 1 focuses on establishing the community's core residential component, with subsequent phases planned to add retail, community amenities, and additional housing units.

The project is being developed in partnership with community stakeholders and municipal partners to ensure it meets the needs of the surrounding neighborhood.
